Arrival & Departure:

• Check-in/Check-out: Please respect the agreed-upon check-in and check-out times. If you need flexibility, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbors:

• Noise: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 7 PM and 7 AM.

Cleanliness & Tidiness:

• Apartment Upkeep: We kindly request that you leave the apartment in a tidy state upon departure. This involves washing used dishes, taking out the trash, and returning furniture to its original place. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee.

Smoking Policy:

• Smoking: For the health and comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the apartments and anywhere on the Novat Villa property.

Visitors & Guests:

• Visitors: We’re happy to welcome your guests during the day. However, if you have overnight visitors, please inform us beforehand, as an additional fee may apply.

Apartment Security & Safety:

• Keys: Please safeguard the apartment keys during your stay. Lost or misplaced keys may incur a replacement fee.
• Safety Measures: Prioritize your safety by locking doors and windows when you leave the apartment. Also, please familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and emergency exits.

Additional Considerations:

• Pets: We love furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Novat Villa, unless previously discussed and approved.
• Parties & Events: While we want you to have fun, parties and events are not permitted on the property without prior authorization.
• Energy & Water Conservation: Help us conserve resources by turning off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when you’re not using them. Also, please use water responsibly, as it’s a valuable resource in Ghana.

A Warm Ghanaian Welcome:

• Greetings: Ghanaians are known for their warm hospitality. A simple “Good morning,” “Good afternoon,” or “Good evening” goes a long way in connecting with locals and experiencing the friendly culture of Ghana.
